1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms") govern the sales concluded on the Démo Atelier website (demo.rocket-ia.fr) between AI ROCKET (the "Seller") and any person placing an order (the "Customer"). Every order requires prior and unreserved acceptance of the Terms, given by ticking a box at the time of payment, which is never ticked in advance. The applicable Terms are those of the version in force on the date of the order, recalled in the confirmation email; the Seller may amend them for the future.
2. Seller
The website is published by AI ROCKET, a sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle) owned by François Hermand, registered with the French national business register (Registre national des entreprises) under SIREN number 851 274 183, whose registered office is at 1 rue du Seigneur Foulque, 60240 Parnes, France. Email: legal email address to be completed. Full legal information is given in the legal notice.
3. Products and services offered
The Démo Atelier website describes its service as follows: "A demonstration review, to try the checkout from end to end".
The main characteristics of each plan are presented on its page and recalled before payment:
- Demo review: A fictitious one-page review, delivered as a text file: enough to try the checkout without buying anything real.
- Demo pack: Three fictitious reviews and a proofread, to try a more expensive plan.
4. Ordering
The Customer chooses a plan and its options, then reviews the order summary and the total price before paying. The Customer gives a valid email address, to which the confirmation, the invoice and, where applicable, the delivered files are sent. A customer account is optional: it gives access to past orders and invoices with a one-time code sent by email. The order is final once payment is confirmed; an acknowledgement is then sent by email.
5. Prices
Prices are those displayed on the website at the time of the order, in EUR.
| Plan or option | Price |
|---|---|
| Demo review | €29 |
| Demo review — option: Demo delivery in 24 h | €9 extra |
| Demo pack | €59 |
« TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI » (French VAT exemption scheme for small businesses): the Seller does not charge VAT. The price displayed at the time of the order is the total amount payable; it is the only one that applies.
A promotional code, when one is offered, is applied to the summary before payment; it cannot be combined or exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.
6. Payment
Payment is made online when ordering, by bank card or by the other methods shown on the payment page, through the payment provider Stripe. The Seller never has access to card details. The charge appears on the Customer's statement as "DEMO ATELIER". The order is only carried out once the provider has confirmed the payment. A numbered invoice is issued for every paid order and sent by email; it remains available in the customer account.
7. Delivery and performance times
- Demo review: file delivered no later than 2 days after payment is confirmed, through a download link sent by email.
- Demo pack: file delivered no later than 5 days after payment is confirmed, through a download link sent by email.
If an incident prevents delivery within the stated time, the Seller informs the Customer by email and offers a new date or a refund of the order. Failing delivery within the stated time or within a reasonable additional period, the Customer may terminate the contract under articles L216-6 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
8. Right of withdrawal
A consumer Customer in principle has fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
For "Demo review" and "Demo pack", performance begins as soon as payment is confirmed. Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for a service that has been fully performed, nor for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose supply has begun, where the Customer expressly requested it and waived the right of withdrawal. At the time of payment, a separate box, never ticked in advance, lets the Customer request immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal once performance begins. This request, its date and the version of the Terms accepted are repeated in the order confirmation email.
If the Customer withdraws after requesting immediate performance of a service that has not yet been fully performed, the Customer pays an amount proportionate to the service provided until the Seller was informed of the withdrawal (article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code).
Model withdrawal form (to be completed and returned only if the Customer wishes to withdraw): "To AI ROCKET, 1 rue du Seigneur Foulque, 60240 Parnes, France, bonjour@demo.rocket-ia.fr: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the service below, ordered on …; name of the Customer; address of the Customer; date; signature (only if sent on paper)."
9. Legal guarantees
The Seller must supply content or a service that conforms to the contract. For digital content and services, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity under articles L224-25-1 to L224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code, for two years from supply (for the whole supply period when supply is continuous); during the first year the Customer only has to show that the defect exists. The Customer may have the content or service brought into conformity without undue delay, free of charge, including any necessary updates, or failing that obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract with a full refund. A professional who obstructs the guarantee in bad faith is liable to a civil fine of up to 300,000 euros (article L242-18-1). The guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code) also applies for two years from discovery of the defect. The French version of the statutory information box (decree no. 2022-946) prevails. A defect is reported to bonjour@demo.rocket-ia.fr; the Seller responds as quickly as possible.
10. Liability
The Seller must perform the order in accordance with the contract. The Seller is not liable in the event of misuse by the Customer, the act of a third party or force majeure. Towards a business Customer, liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned and excludes indirect damage. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law.
11. Personal data
The data needed for the order are processed by the Seller to perform it, invoice it and keep proof of it. How they are processed, how long they are kept and the Customer's rights are described in the privacy policy.
12. Intellectual property
The content delivered to the Customer is licensed for the Customer's own use, within the limits described on the plan's page. The website, its brand, texts and code remain the property of the Seller or of their authors.
13. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint is sent to bonjour@demo.rocket-ia.fr. Under articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a consumer Customer may, after a written complaint that has not been resolved satisfactorily, refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator the Seller belongs to:
name of the consumer mediator to be completed, mediator's address to be completed, mediator's website to be completed.
The mediator must be contacted within one year of the written complaint sent to the Seller.
14. Governing law and language
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the more protective mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer Customer's country of habitual residence. Failing an amicable solution, disputes are brought before the competent courts. These Terms may be offered in several languages; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails (version française).
